Your go to source for all things Naperville!

Good morning, Naperville! It’s April 2nd, the day we all cautiously return to believing things on the internet again. Trust is slowly being restored… one email, one headline, and one “wait, is this real?” at a time. If you found yourself double checking texts or questioning whether that “huge local announcement” was legit yesterday, you weren’t alone. April Fools’ has a way of humbling all of us.
In this week’s Niche…
Road improvement projects
Easter activities
Holi - the festival of colors
Here we go!

📰 The Digest
🚧 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. If you travel along North Aurora Road, plan for some changes in the months ahead. A stretch between Pennsbury Lane and Frontenac Road is now closed through July as part of the North Aurora Road Improvement Project. Detours are in place via Diehl Road, though local access to homes and businesses will remain open. Crews will be busy relocating a gas pipeline and prepping the area for a temporary railroad bridge coming later this summer.
🤖 SpringBoard Summer Series has added an Arts and Innovation field exploring the intersection of arts, innovation and AI and how creativity drives the future. Applications open until April 12th to give high school students even more careers to explore.
☀️ In case you missed our Summer camp guide, you can check it out here. Things are filling up quickly. If you’re involved in a camp that we don’t have listed, feel free to reply to this email and let us know!
