Good morning, Naperville! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season filled with good food, great company, and a little time to unwind. As the decorations come down and routines return, just remember, we’re that much closer to spring!

🧩 Two things we love, Monopoly and Naperville. Ever thought about combining the two? Probably not, but here’s your chance anyway. Hasbro is making it a reality. Naperville residents can give their suggestion as to what landmarks should be referenced in a new Naperville themed Monopoly board game. Can’t wait to see what the Naperville Boardwalk equivalent is. Give them your local insights here.

🚗 We get it, the DMV is never a good time, but hopefully this makes it a little easier. A new appointment only DMV opened on Diehl Road last month to reduce wait times for Naperville residents. State officials report positive early feedback, serving about 2,700 customers per week, with plans to expand in the new year. The larger, modern facility aims to better serve Naperville’s growing population.

Ring in the New Year with big smiles at DuPage Children’s Museum’s Bubble Bash, featuring hands-on exhibits, live music and special activities. This beloved daytime celebration lets families enjoy a festive countdown with bubbles and confetti, without the late night bedtime.

New Years Eve Dance Party @ Naper Blvd Library (12/31)

Can’t make it to midnight? Join the library for a special early New Year’s dance party just for kids and families! Enjoy music, movement, and a festive early countdown so little ones can celebrate the New Year before bedtime. A fun, feel-good way to ring in the New Year together. Open to all ages!

K-POP Noon Years Eve @ State & Society (12/31)

Dress in your sparkles and get ready for a GOLDEN New Year celebration designed especially for Huntrix & Saja Boy’s smallest fans, featuring K-POP demon hunters music, snacks, and kid-friendly activities.
